Tap at brewery. Sweet fruity/floral hops and biscuity malt aroma. Hazy amber with a small off-white head. Biscuity malt, fuity/floral, citrus, grassy hops flavor, as well as subtle sassafras ... crazy but it was definitely sassafras and it worked beautifully. Medium creamy body.

Draft. Chamomile and light wheat malt aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Intense chamomile flavor. Very nice and unique but avoid if you don’t like chamomile.

Draft. Chocolate oatmeal malt aroma with cherry notes. Dark brown with nice head. Cherry, chocolate, oatmeal malt and moderately bitter grassy hops flavor. Very nice beer.

Tap at brewery. Sweet floral chamomile aroma. Golden yellow with a white head, creamy lacing. Strong floral chamomile flavor. Light body, low carbonation. This beer was all about the chamomile, and I love chamomile, so I loved everything about this beer.

Tap at brewery. Light nondescript hop aroma. Clear golden with a small white head, creamy lacing. Earthy malt and herbal hops flavor. Medium body. Wasn’t bad, but it didn’t do anything for me. It probably didn’t help that I had this one after I had their 7AM stout, which was wonderful. I may have to re-rate this one the next time I visit.

Tap at brewery. Coffee and chocolate malt aroma. Black brown with a small tan head. Coffee, chocolate, floral fruity flavor with a light roasty bitterness in the finish. Medium body, flat carbonation.
