From a bottle has a very nice strawberry aroma, almost artificially sweet. The taste however, leaves some of that sweetness to be desired. Typical dull fruit beer ale with thosegeneral negative ale attributes. Finish is not quite medicinal.

12oz Bottle opened on 13th July 2014 and poured into stemmed Corsendonk badged tulip glass at my daughters place in Newport Beach, California. My first beer from this State, up to 30 now. Clear light amber body with carbonation bubbles rising to replenish the already deep off white head. No sediment left the bottle. Uncomplicated but far from dull, this packs a good hop punch in both the nose and taste: the malts being slightly understated and just below the surface, coming into their own towards the finish of each sip and getting more prominent as the beer warmed a little. Overall a very nice easy drink brew and a great find for me to add South Carolina onto my little list of US States ticks.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, bottled on May 16, 2014, poured into a weizen glass. Pours slightly hazy with small white head. Aroma is slight citrus, medium body, grainy texture, and good medium lacing. Taste is grainy, orange peel, and hints of coriander. Below average wit.

Some sediment in this bottle. Wit bier smell. Nice somewhat rocky head. Looks more like a hefe than a wit bier. Very very good co2 on the palate, makes this stuff fun. Decent friendly flavor, not bad. No real masty ale attributes in this stuff. The spices are muted and laid back and they never get in yer face. Like able. Could have lust a tad more manners but overall this is a pretty good beer drinken experince. Well done rockers.

More of a lager than a witbier really. Golden pour with ok head and lacing. Light crisp finish, some barley. Tap at Brew’d Pub.

This is reviewed from notes as this was consumed during some time I spent in Delaware visiting for my brother’s wedding.
This was served in a pint glass.
The appearance was a fairly light amber color with a decent transparency about it. There was a nice one finger white foamy head that dissipated at a nice even pace. There was some adequate light lacing sticking finely to the sides of the glass.
The smell were some bitter hops but coming across somewhat burnt as I couldn’t really tell if they were citrus, piney or fruity. The hops just seemed burnt.
The taste well, that was pretty much the same. Hmmm....ok, well, uh...there’s a really fine watery aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sits fairly light and sessionable. The carbonation - what carbonation there isn’t any.
Overall, hmmmm...do I want to say this one missed the mark? Hmmm....normally, I don’t like to be that guy, but uh...to quote Bob Uecker in Major League, this one’s \"just a bit outside.\"
