A deep dark dunkel with a thin brown head. In aroma, nice smooth fruity malt with dark fruits, chocolate, surprising, close to a porter. In mouth, a smooth fruity malt with dark fruits, light peated notes, chocolate, porter-like.

Golden in the glass with a nearly white head. Fruity-spicy in the nose, hints of peach and - of course - pumpkin. The beer starts smooth, fruity. Malty and not too sweet body. The mainpart is malty, a bit yeasty, nice subtle pumpkin-aroma with smooth sweetness. The aftertaste in smooth, pumpkin and slightly sweetness.
Nice brew, but could be much more spic and pumpkin in it! --> 10/12/10/19

The beer is amber colour and hazy in the glass. The nose is honey-spicy with hints of nutmeg. The beer starts highly carbonated and slightly sour. Has it turned? Winter is just over… but after three month? Sadly no best-before date on the bottle - so I have to guess that it has to taste like this! (that’s one reason why I hate US-laws concerning beer - but it is the brewery’s fault this time!)- The mainpart stays slightly sour, nice spicy aroma there, maltiness, but I dislike the sourish taste! The aftertaste is smooth malty, spicy with sour fruity elements!
A brew which is too sour for what it wants to be! And - as there is no best-by date - I once again have to assume that the brewers want it to taste like this! --> 4/10/3/4

Super fluffy, rocky head, on hazy orange/gold body. Mild sweet, spicy aroma, gingerbread, fruitcake, etc. Taste is more of the same with a lean towards the sweet side. Slippery mouthfeel. Getting too close to spring to enjoy this style.

Bottle at RBWG 2014, thanks! Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light spice, clove, banana and a bit of light wheat. Flavor has notes of sweet wheat with a bit of clove and earthiness.
