Draft: Poured a deep brown black with a bubble tan head. Aroma is boozy, toffee, malty, roasty. Taste is sex in your mouth, roasted malts, coffee, vanilla, toffee, caramel, boozy, so complex. Every turn is another flavor.

On tap at the Nashville brewery. Cloudy to hazy golden with medium white head. Very nice APA, loads of cats piss, grassy, bitterish and easy drinkable. Medium bodied.

Heavy on the Mosaics, so much so all pils nuance is obliterated by the stone fruit and tropical notes and the strong earthiness on the back end. Not a bad beer, but not a good pilsner.

12 oz. can. Thanks, Tim! Pours a clear, bronze color, with a medium, bubbly, beige head. The aroma is pumpernickel, cane sugar, caraway, and toast. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, resinous bitterness. Light to medium body, sticky and clean. Simple and tasty.

Sample at the Garage. Hazy, yellow color, with a small, white head. The aroma is lime zest, leather, grapefruit, light spruce, and tart greek yogurt. Dry and earthy, with a bright bitterness. Light, crisp, sticky, and dusty. Bright, balanced, and quality.

Taster at the Garage. Pours black, with a small, tan head. The nose is distinct Oreo, chocolate syrup, light anise, and black bread. Very sweet and syrupy. Beautiful, boozy, and focused.

From my brother: pours dark brown with beige head. Aroma is light funk, dark fruit, standard dark sour notes. Taste is lightly sweet. Somewhat sour. Pretty good.
