We brew beer for the weeknights. Balanced, but still flavorful, that pair well with a meal. But not a Friday night.

Quite floral, with a mild grainy sweetness accented by lemon and white bread, but this pint’s mostly about the perfume-y cut flower brightness on the back end, followed by a considerable bitterness. Not bad.

Pretty good for a style usually not my cup of tea. Quick burst of melon, white grape, tropical fruit, and lime, followed by a hint of dank and a firm mineral bitterness. Very drinkable.

Crowler: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a small dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some bourbon/rye notes with some coconut/vanilla and hazelnut notes with hints of cinnamon. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some bourbon notes and coconut/vanilla and hints of cinnamon with some nice hazelnut notes. Body is full with an oily texture and good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. Solid pastry stout that taste like liquid dessert.

Fucking hell. Misread the canning date; thought it was super-fresh but this bastard’s a year old. Cellared hazy triple IPAs aren’t a thing for a reason. Bleh. C’mon, Imbibe Chatt. Send that shit back to the distributor.

500ml bottle. At the February DCBeer share. Poured a murky, hazy yellow color with a white head. Aroma was big stonefruit - particularly apricot, with grape. Some citrus, tart fruit zest. Dry and tasty.

Fairly nice West Coast IPA. Some lemon, tangerine. Pours clear golden with a good, lasting frothy white head. Medium bitter finish, and decent body. Pleasant beer, and naturally, enjoyed on a Monday night. Can.

Golden color, mild aroma that reminds me of noble variety hops. Slightly sweet malt flavor with a quick, crisp, mildly spicy bitter finish.

Pint at Justus orchards.
Mostly clear, watermelon amber, frothy pour.
Basic kettle berry nose.
Twangy, drier than expected. Dark berry, veg, lemon tart, decent malt backbone. Tacky finish.
Crispy & kinda good.
