Bottle thanks to Mike! Pours hazy pinkish magenta, small fizzy white head, dissipates pretty quickly, good lacing. Aroma is nice and funky, basement, horse blanket, tart fruits, oak tannin, more funk, earthy, musty. Flavor is medium tart, medium funk, nice berry and huge funky yeast and bug notes. Medium body, soft carbonation. Quite a nice beer.

Bottle in CO. Pours clear black-brown with a creamy tan head. Fairly sweet, with mellow roast, a little booze, light bittersweet baking cocoa. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with light warmth, more dry chocolate. Decent, pretty drinkable imply.
