22oz bomber in our fridge for awhile, time to drink this. Retaining thin offwhite-hazy yellow. A-fruity/tropical, lt malt. T-fruity/tropical hops, lt bready malt.

On tap in a flight at the brewery. Pours a clear, copper color, with an off-white head and good lacing. The nose is butterscotch, rye, pumpernickel, dust and earth, and allspice. Sweet flavor, with a light bitterness and a bit of rye spice. Light to medium body, sticky, and syrupy. This is a pretty solid beer, but with a bit of dank hoppiness that’s out of place.

On tap in a flight at the brewery. Pours black, with a small, tan ring. The aroma is distinct peanut butter, with some vanilla, cloves, toasted coconut, chocolate malt, and a sharp grape jam note in the finish. Sweet, but not cloying, with a subtle bitterness for balance. Medium to heavy body, sticky, a bit grainy, and smooth. This beer has an amazing aroma - nails the PB&J thing! Great balance, and lovely palate. Simple, focused, and tasty.

On tap at the brewery in a flight. Pours dark brown, with no real head. The nose is dark cherries, cream, yogurt, and lime. Sweet, with a nice tartness. Well balanced. Medium body, sticky, with a light acidity. A pretty solid, fruity, tart beer.

Pint at the brewery - hazy gold - nose of tropical funkiness, muskiness, straw, pepper - flavor is dry, buggy/funky, with moderate to high acidity - a bit of pepper, a touch of tart lemon - most of the nuance is swallowed by the acidity and funk - tastes a bit like some of Crooked Stave’d imbalanced funk bombs, but not without its charm.

Tulip at the brewery - turbid light orange - an odd one, this - first, it’s rather sweet, with sweet tropical notes of mango and pineapple - light pepper, hay - juniper is very strong, combining strangely with the sweetness, tasting like Gin with sugar dumped into it - sugary finish - pass.
