400ml draught as Grisens Pils, 4.6 % abv, shared with Finn at Den Glade Gris. Small sized, white head, spotty lacing, clear golden body. Discreet pale malty aroma, mid-sweet. Taste of bread and vague buttery malty. Mid-sweet malty ending. Clean and soft in the mouth. Okay with the meat dish. (Oslo 02.12.2018).

400ml draught as Grisens Bayer, 5 % abv, shared with Finn at Den Glade Gris. Deep copper coloured body, off-white head, spotty lacing. Vague aroma of brown malts. Caramel malty flavours, hints of dried fruits. Mid-sweet malty ending. Accepted. (Oslo 02.12.2018).

On tap at Patrick's. A dark brown beer with a small beige head. Nice lacing. Weird but nice aroma, with roasted, lightly burnt malts, piney, citrusy hops, bubblegum, peppery spices and a touch of caramel. It's soft on the palate, a bit low on carbonation, medium to full bodied, with flavors of roasted, lightly burnt malts, bitterness, candy, but not with lots of sweetness, some bubblegum and piney hops. Lasting finish. The bitterness is nice, but strikes too early. Weird, messy and still sort of nice. 181205

330ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Larvik. A pearl white head over a misty orange-gold body, fair lacing. Dough and herbal hops on the nose. Mixed taste of bread, dusty hops and apricot. Ends medium sweet with dried fruits. Rounded mouth feel. Pleasing to a certain degree. (Hotel room, Larvik 01.12.2018).
