Can. A clear golden colored beer with a small off-white head. Grapefruit, generic citrus, pine cones and a light bready malt scent. It's medium bodied, semi dry and with a nice carbonation level. There's a defect bitterness in the mouth, with pine cones, resins and some grapefruit and orange zest. Bready, light caramel malts in the back. It's getting drier towards the finish, where there's also the same hoppy flavors found in the initial flavor. A decent Session IPA indeed, but I'd love more hoppy fruityness all the way. Rating: 7-3-7-3-14-3.4. 180127
Can. Updated the score slightly to reflect that the beer has improved since my first encounter with it. It's more piney and citrusy, both in aroma and flavor, and that leads to the beer feeling fresher, and as I think it's drier than before, it also feels more refreshing. 180622

Can, from the brewery. It's almost completely clear in the glass, slightly pale golden in colour and topped by a small white head. Mostly fruity aroma, apple and pear, with orangey, piney hops. Grassy hints. The flavor is more malt forward, with piney, citrusy hops up front. Not as fruity as the aroma, but still pleasant. It's medium bodied and a bit hard on the carbonation, with a lingering hop driven finish. A vague hint of black pepper chimes in. An easy drinkable beer that shouldn't offend anyone. Rating: 7-3-6-3-13-3.2. 180127
Can. Had this again, this time from a later batch, still quite fresh from the brewery. It's much the same, but it's in general more interesting, with the orange and generic citrus more evident, which also makes it feel more refreshing. Updated my score slightly to reflect this. 180622

Blood fresh bottle, straight from the source, early January 2018. Almost clear, slightly foggy pale golden body with a moderate sized white head. Mild fresh aroma with citrus fruit, oranges, a hint of lime a and pale malt. Flavor is light and smooth with light pale malt, citric fruit and low bitterness. Medium to light bodied and average aftertaste where the only trace of wheat is to be found by me. Not much of a wheat beer in my book, missing the distinct flavors from the yeast, but a fine thirst quenching blond/golden ale kind of beer.

Blood fresh bottle, straight from the source, early January 2018. Unclear golden body with a small and rather fast disappearing white head. Fresh as it is the aroma is amazing, super refreshing citric fruit, apricot, hibt of tangerine and grapefruit. Flavor is nice and refreshing as well with the same fruitiness as aroma, but a bit weak on the pale malt make it rather thin bodied and a bit watery. By all means it a nice thirst quencher with a decent bitterness and fruity aftertaste. A great, refreshing american pale ale for the wannabe IPA drinkers.

Bottle. Clear amber body with a medium sized, lacing tan head. Mid aroma of malt and caramel. Flavor is sweet caramel malt with a little hint of acidic coffee and dry fruit. Medium body and aftertaste. Quite plain and straight forward bock. Drinkable but nothing special going on.
