Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 10, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England. [ As Palmershayes Medium Sweet Cider ABV 5.8% ].Clear medium yellow orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to heavy sweet apple, sour apple, acetone, nail varnish removing ! light honey. Flavor is heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, acetone, dry dry. Body is medium, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat. [20100122]

Cask. Clear yellow with no head. Sweet honey and apple in the nose. Light body, completely flat, sweet apple accents yet still lots of acetone. Only slightly astringent. 220110

Clear golden with no head. Aroma was dry with natural apples. Flavour was quite dry with lemons, natural apples and it finished dry/sourish. Nice.

Plastic cask, 5.8% at GBBF08. Quite citric aroma. Clear golden colour. Really nice flavour, very acidic with some honey, rips your throat a bit. Great.

Bottled from Middle Farm drunk at Chris_o’s HogTownHarry meet up. Gold/copper with no head. Quite a sweet, brown sugar aroma, some toastiness. Quite sweet. Honey, some alcohol. Too sweet.
