Sampled at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces thickly. Aroma has a good amount of grain and bread notes with just a hint of backing grassiness. Flavor is crisp with grain and a bit of backing grass.

Sampled at the brewpub. Pours a clear yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma is full of grass and hay with a backing light flora note. Flavor starts with grains and hay and has notes of light fruit and grass in the finish.

Draft at GT. Orange-brown, lacy off-white head. IPA, on the brown’dark side. Solid toffee and hop tones, Well done, sessionable, balanced. Not World Class but enjoyable.

Draft at GT. Deep unfiltered burgundy black. Thin beigehead. Sweet malty aroma, some chocolate. Oddly true to style, despite a watery, non-coalescing body. Odd amber malt tones, noticeable alcohol, the flavors don’t merge. You can tell what they were aiming for, but it just comes off a little too sugary and unrefined. Warming feel. Par at best,

Draft at GT. Hazy orange-yellow-tan. Thick white head. Fresh citrus laced respectable aroma. A really solid, fresh APA. Really captures the style well. Earthy, toffee tones. Medium bodied, all around pleasant. Some light flowery tones. Nails the style, while remaining sessionable. Leans toward citrus hops, but well balanced. Nice, but forgettable.

Draft at GT. Yellowed-tan, thick off-white head. Medium bodied, some nice easy yeast tones. Somewhat watery but that works with the style. Classic noble hops..maybe a summer Hellerbock. Simple, subtle, subdued. Some graininess, lemony. Not mind blowing, but a solid brew.

Solid brewpub IPA. Big, bold, balanced. Golden tan, rich. Toasty golden malt tones. OK.

Draft at GT. How did I get into a hobby with products that call themselves Free World Rocking...Ugh. Man, they have trouble making Pilseners in WI. Buttery, sugary, way too rich. Not outright bad, just subpar. Sugary, noble hops attempt to balance. Unimpressive, poorly executed.

Draft at GT. Hazy orange-tan. oily thin head. Full glass. Sweet, fruity belgo-yeast tones. Mellow carbonation..sweet sugary body. A Belgian Singel, I suppose. Rather mild, not really even in competition with a true Belgian Ale. One dimensional but OK.

Draft at the brewpub. Deep red-brown. Steady creamy bright beige head. Sweet, sugary brown ale. Hops balance it out, but I don’t know about Cali-style. Roasty, molasses. Soapy hop tones. Thick specialty malts. Pretty nice, well executed.
