Cask - Roast malt, milk chocolate and light coffee. Jet black with a light brown small head. Chocolate milk to start, but as I continue many other flavours develop. A saltiness, almost fishy. Did they add oysters or the liquor? This beer starts great and keeps getting weirder as I drink it. Give it a try.

Draft - just a sip - Very lager like with a husky almost umame quality. Unusual, but not in a good way.

Tap at 1020. Pale gold with a fine, low head. Bubbly. Fruity nose, rice, mocha, cherry, grass. Tangy flavor, fruity, sweet, oranges, rice. A bit strange. Light and fizzy body. A bit earthy. A bit too sweet and simple.

Cask - Sweetness and grains. Clearish gold with a tho white head. Nondescript bitterness and really dry. The beer takes subtle to a whole new level, almost tasteless. Some resin and citrus, but the bitterness and dryness overwhelm.

Bottle - Smokey bacon with some grains. Clear gold with no head. Very bacony, with no richness and odd as a pale beer. Singular flavour is nice but a bit boring and hard to drink much of.

Bottle @ Armin’s place, courtesy of arminjewell. Thanks! Pours a deep reddish brown appearance with a thin brown head. Light vinegar, a touch medicinal cherry, chocolate, roasty malty, caramel, plum aroma. Pretty fucken strong flavor. Chocolate, cola, plum, red grape, a bit oxidized, cookie dough, caramel, pretty sweet flavor. Big beer but not too bad.

On tap at the World Craft Tasting 2013. A cloudy gold pour with a possible minor sour aroma complementing the mostly weizen notes. The body is smooth but a touch watery. A definite weizen taste with a few metallic notes but unfortunately also some carboardish flavors in the background...

Cloudy pale beige to yellow beer, small fizzy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: citrus, fruity, passion fruit, grapefruit, lime, lemon grass. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit sourish, lemony, lime, grapefruit, dry bitterness, very fruity, passion fruit sorbet, slightly sweet. Aftertaste: bitter touch, lime zest, lemon grass, passion fruit. Nice and refreshing fruity beer, well done!

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of fruits (is it persimon?) lemons, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with an acidic edge and notes of fruis, brettanomyces, and straw, leading to a dry finish. Thanks KyotoLefty for sharing.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Fruity and light yeasty. Sweet, toasted malty and light funky. Bitter, toasted and lingering fruity. Mild bitter too.
