Description
This pub brewery started brewing in May 2002. A 5BBL plant is used. It brews not only for the pub but also for other outlets, too. Sales of bottles started in 2003. The beers are kräusened with fresh wort before being bottled.

Bottle from brewpub. Hazy golden colour with a thick foamy head. Lively when opened. Aroma light sour fruitiness. Taste mid bitter.

Bottle from the Fox and Hounds Heacham. Rich Amber to Ruby colour with a light beige head. Spicy cinnamon, clove, and stewed fruit aroma taste light sweet to mid bitter. Medium body

Bottle from brewpub. Deep Ruby colour with an off white head. Aroma is malty caramel with only the faintest cherry hint. Taste caramel light sweet.

Tried at the brew pub, fox and hounds, heacham. Olden yellow coloured beer with a very thin white head. Light fruity citrus aroma and taste. Sweet corn finish.

(Bottle) Pours clear deep amber with reasonable white head. Lovely aroma - fruity orange over light toffee and flinty notes. Medium body with great carbonation. Taste has an excellent balance of malt and fruitiness with some pleasant bitterness. Excellent beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

*Old rating. Best before Aug 2011. Great malty smooth Ale-typical beginning. The lavender is round and floral. Nice combination of florals and malt. Nice.

Bottled. Hazy goldeny orange colour, big white head. Arom ais caramel, fruits, hops and toffee along with mild earth. Flavour is fruity, floral, wooden bitter and nicely toffeeish as well.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2013, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Fox Bullet ].Light unclear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, pine, resin, sharp. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a long duration, sharp, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130814]
