Draft at golf course prior to teeing off. Seem rusty amber pour. Nose is earthy red fruits. Tastes of caramel, earth, touch of jam, tobacco. Medium bodied. Listed as Red ALErt get it Ale cuz it’s a beer

Bomber from Craft City. Pours translucent amber with a large, foamy dark beige head. Med body. The flavor starts with a strong ginger kick, picks up raisin and arguably some oat. It pretty much tastes like the cookie, with perhaps more ginger than usual. Interesting and flavorful. Fairly dry, and the spice stands in for bitter.

Bottle: Amber in color with a fluffy frothy off white head. Aroma is fermented fruit. Taste is nice fruit with spices. Really like cookieish.

On-tap at the brewery on 20th Dec 2017. The barrel aging of the original brew has added some darkness to the colour and mellowed the sweetness a little. The beer is still like a sweet biscuit, now with a bit of sharpness and bite. Liked it.

On-tap at the brewery on 20th Dec 2017. I assume this is brewed for the Public House down the road in 'Old Town Temecula' and is used to fill a tap at the brewery every so often too. Golden pour, white head. Decent blend without getting my senses racing in any direction. Light hop nose, mild malty flavour. Easy drinking beer, just a little too heavy alcohol wise to call a 'session ale' but that is what I thought it as. Scored objectively.

20th Dec 2017, on a Flight at the brewery, purely for rinsing the mouth out. It's a light golden Mexican style Lager, fine for refreshment, but not a serious drinkers brew. Score objectively (and kindly).

On-tap at the brewery on 20th Dec 2017. Thought the regular Jess y James was good, this blew it's hat off. Same malty flavours as the original with red wine and oak added, really interesting, smooth and delicious. Beer of the day, might even be my beer of the year, which considering I have given this brewery some bad mouthing for messing around with ingredients too much, means I must hold my hand up and apologize profusely.

On-tap at the brewery on 20th Dec 2017. Black bodied with a smooth tan coloured foaming head. Malts rule the roost here, raosted/toasted maltiness from start to finish, the malts give off aromas and flavours of dark chocolate, vanilla, coffee and some liqorice in varying degrees, good earthy feel to the whole brew.

Pale golden with a white head - Malt in the aroma - Malt body - Malt finish that has some bitterness in the finish - This was nice

4oz glass on a flight at the brewery on 9th Feb 2017. Misty amber, white head. Hops rule the roost here, citrus and piney aromas blend nicely in the nose: malt based flavours with a good semi-bitter hop overload.
