Pour is a dark but clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is bready and grain malt but very lacking. Flavor is some grainy malt and some generic fruity hops with accompanying bitterness. More "traditional" than Americanized marzen's but I kind of like the darker more toasted versions. This was just ok.

Very nicely done, and a step up from the Phantom Torpedo I just had in this mixed pack. And that was already well done. Pine, grapefruit. Some unripe pineapple. Clear golden pour with decent head. Bitter end. Nice balance, nice body. Can.

Another solid IPA from Sierra Nevada. Bitter, piney. Clear golden pour with good pillow of head. Decent body despite relatively low abv on this one. Some grapefruit. Can from mixed case.

19.2 fl oz can from Albertsons. Cloudy golden pour, persistent thick, dense head. Citrusy aroma, mostly grapefruit grows bolder in the taste, zesty, juicy. I wasn't expecting much, and this beer over-delivered.

Thick foamy white head on a marmalade coloured body.
Pine, resinous & marmalade aroma.
Medium to full bodied, nicely carbonated with thick cloying back.
Pine, stewed fruit, orange, resinous & dank tastes with an extremely bitter finish.
Extreme, old school & top drawer beer - They don't make many beers like this anymore.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Menominee Falls. 7/30/25. Clear amber, medium tan head, average retention. Looks nice. Aroma of dank, melon, dry tropical fruits. Taste is grapefruit, dank, melon, hints of tropical fruit. Strong bitterness, Nice, nice, nice. Love the bitter. Can't get enough!

Bottle at home, 24th July 25. Pours clear and dark golden. Aroma is pine and resin pithy citrus. Taste is pithy, bitter, marmalade, pine and resin, bittersweet linger - still rocking it old school
