Cask at the Volunteer, Lyme Regis, Dorset, 13-11-06. Fairly standard amber coloured beer that was quite punchy, hoppy, and a pleasant quaffing ale.

Cask @ Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. Slightly hazy golden colour with a small white head. Fruity malty aroma with some hints of hops. Fruity malty flavor with hints of hops. Dry finish with some bitterness.

[Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen] A hazy orange beer with a thin dense off-white head. The aroma is very lightly hoppy and malty. The flavor is sweet malty with the hops coming early on with a floral note, which towards the end turns bitter. The body is a bit thin.

Cask @ Charlies, Horsens Ølfestival 2006. Hazy amber color with an off-white head. The aroma is fruity and malty. Malty fruity bitter flavor with some hints of caramel. Long malty bitter aftertaste.

Hazy amber color. Light aroma of caramel and hazelnuts. Refreshing malt taste, with a good share of caramel and bold ending bitterness; finish with a hint of ripe apples. Very pleasant.

Half on cask at Mad Bishop and Bear, Paddington. Golden brown. Good clarity, but no head. Fruity to the nose. Flavour of sweet grapefruit. Refreshing after a long walk from Camden to Paddington along the Regent’s Canal (19.09.2006).

Cask at Ice Wharf Camden London NW1 19 Sep 06. Golden coloured. A small white head. Very fruity but almost no bitterness. No distinct aftertaste.

Bottle @ GBBF 2006. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Malty spicy aroma hints of cloves and citrus. Sweet malty spicy and slightly yeasty flavor with some hints of cloves and vanilla. Sweet malty finish.
