Caña en el IV summer beer festival Gijón 04..09..2016. (r27). Color marrón Cerezo oscuro turbio con espuma beige. Aromas y sabores maltosos algo tostados con toques caramelizados dulces. Cuerpo medio algo denso y espumoso. Grandes recuerdos a dobles belgas con Buena sensación alcohólica.

Ambar, nebulosa, excelente espuma muy duradera. En aroma, levadura sobre todo. En boca mejora. Base acaramelada, agradable. Toques especiados. Contraste ácido ligero, de fermento, sin llegar a molestar. Gas presente, sin exceso. Lejos de ser redonda pero se bebe.

Botella 33 cl del Kraken tomada en Belmonte 28..04..2016. (r21). Lote 017..015 hasta 07..2016. Color ámbar oscuro turbio con bastante espuma Blanca al inicio que desaparece por completo al poco. Aromas y sabores maltosos suaves con bastantes toques de sidras algo ácidos y ligeramente afrutados. Cuerpo ligero a medio con mucho gas que va desapareciendo poco a poco. Mejora algo al calentar. Nececitaria mejorar bastante. Normal normal.

Botella 33 cl de el kraken, tomada en el momento en Belmonte 20..01..2016. (r08). Lote 016..015 hasta 07..2016. Color amarillento con espuma blanca. Maltosa ligera y fresca con cereales y tonos algo cítricos. Suave ligera y poco amarga.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a short, fizzy head that disappears in no time. Subtle roast in the nose, but the usual Amphora tartness is lurking. Light body, fizzy carbonation, subtle roast but everything completely overpowered by the massive lactic infection. Friends, you really have to go through your set-up to investigate what infects all your (bottled) beers. 231215

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Nose is yeasty and lightly citrusy. Light body, an initial sweetness, yeasty and phenollic with subtle citrus. More Belgian than American. 231215

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Spicy, yeasty aroma - phenols as well. Medium body, some fruity sweetness but then a lemony tartness comes rushing in. Again clearly infected, but in a strange way it doesn’t feel too hopeless here. Bottom line though, yet another infected Amphora beer. 231215
