Mild hay nose. Clear golden, thick head, good lace. Grass. Light body, easy carbonation.

Fudge nose. Black, thin tan head, nice lace. Tart raisin, cocoa, clay. Medium body, easy carbonation. Much too tangy.

Cream soda nose. Clear amber, thin head. Dry cream soda, nougat, cocoa. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Intensely flavored, very dry, not beery.

Draft Taproom. Pours golden with a soft off-white head. Aroma is vanilla and orange, some trash water. Flavor is sweet orange, vanilla, fruity pebbles. Creamy and tasty, but really sweet.

12 ounce can thanks to hershiser2. Hazy dark orange, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit zest, lime,pale malt. The taste is orange, grapefruit, caramel. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness. Simple but well done.

IPA is not my favorite style, but this works because the sweeter amber malt balances the hops flavor and the grapefruit flavor is a good addition for a different type of bitter taste and aroma.

On tap at Mellow Mushroom Blacksburg. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is tart lime, medium/light body, low carbonation, and a little lacing. Taste is tart soft lime.

Tap at the brewery. Pours clear gold with a soft white head Aroma of apricot juice and light alcohol. Flavor is bitter apricot, booze, grass, grain, leaves. Solid.

Tap at the brewery. Pours slightly hazy gold. Aroma of blueberry and grasses. Flavor is tart blueberry, light lemondrop. Mild grassy finish.

Tap at the brewery. Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma is key lime pie, vanilla, crust, sweetness all around. Wow. Jesus, nice aroma. Flavor is tart lime, creamy, crusty,. Holy cow, this tastes so much like Key Lime Pie it’s unbelievable.
