Small creamy shortlasting head. Aroma is kind of strange fruity, weeds, leafs, yeast, pepper corn, almond cake, caramel malts, dried fruits, paper, nuts. Taste is sour-ish grassy, weeds, sour grass, pepper corn, spices, sorrel, sour caramel malts. Little bitterness, sour-ish mouthfeel. Drainpour!

Rødbrun farge og uten skum. Minner om en juleøl jeg selv har brygget som ble mislykket. Virker som denne er infisert. Smaker som en tam surøl.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, pale bread, light caramel, moderate yeasty, dough, sour milk notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, dough - yeast, fruity - milky sour notes. 500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy brown colour, low off-white head of poor retention. Low carbonation. Sourish spicy and metallic aoma, hints of honey. Spicy flavour, notes of anise and cloves, a hint of honey, but not sweet. Minimal hops. Some fruity acidity. Thin body for its strength. No masterpiece, but drinkable.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light moderate yeasty, spicy, coriander, sour malt - fruit notes. Fra flaske på Cardinal, DSJT nov-14: uklar kobberfarge, og kveldens korteste skum. Uinteressant krydret syrlighet. Honnningen som skal være tilsatt merker jeg ikke. Tynne saker, kjennes uferdig.
