Tap at Cap Hop. Pours clear ruddy, dark copper with a beige head. Aroma is somewhat roasty malt with a hint of some sort of hop. Med body or so. Flavor is somewhat roasty malt, and there may be a slight hint of chocolate. There’s some hop, but not enough for me to identify. Strikes me as a European style beer. Good enough for a break from USA hoppiness.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours black with a beige head. Earthy chocolate aroma with some roasty/toasty smooth dark malt support. Med body. Flavor is pretty much a match for the aroma, xpt the flavor has a bit of interesting tang - like a herb with a bit of not spice/not sour/not chili - but something - not a lot - just enough to notice - and it's a postive aspect. This is a very nice and tasty stout.
