Tap at Hair of the Dog, Phrom Phong. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is sweet caramel malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet with a crisp sugary, fruity citrus, dry light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Can at Hair of the Dog, Phrom Phong, Bangkok. Poured a milky straw colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is yeast, big peaches. The flavour is moderate to strong sour, with a crisp, big acidic, tart peach citrus palate and a bubbly mouthfeel. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at Hair of the Dog, Phrom Phong, Bangkok. Poured a hazy straw colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, mineral, a little earthy, light grapefruit citrus, dry hop. The flavour is moderately bitter, light sweet, with a light, crisp, light tart fruit, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours translucent pale gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is sort of lemon kettle sour. Med body or so. Flavor is tart and lemony with some lactic aspect. Quite dry. Not bitter, but sour enough to stand in for bitter. Nice little sour thing. Cute label.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Summer fruit aroma with light citrus. Summer fruit and light citrus flavor with light spice. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Summer fruit and citrus linger with light spice.

Tap at Cap Tap. Count Chocula for aroma. rolf. Approaching full bodied. Flavor is the chocolate/marshmallow cereal thing with a good deal of smooth dark malt tossed in. Could be some coffee. Not dry; chocolaty bitter. This might be supercali..... if aged in whiskey barrels. This is yummy stuff. Really.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours darkish gold with a white head. Aroma is fruity/pine. Med body. Flavor is earthy/pine with some lurking pale stone fruit. Fairly dry. Decently hoppy. Decently bitter. A bit deadly - easy drinker. Very nice.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours hazy orange with a near white head. Aroma is fruity - a mix - but mostly pale stone fruit. Hints of tropical - possibly to include passionfruit. Med body. There’s a malt aspect, but mostly fruits. Not juicy. Fairly dry. Moderately bitter. Interesting.
