Barwa ciemno brunatna, w zasadzie klarowne, piana jasnobeżowa, dość obfita, dość trwała. W aromacie lekka wędzonka, ciemne słody, kawa, nieznaczny chmiel. W smaku półwytrawne do półsłodkiego, ciemne słody, wędzonka, lekka kawa, nieznacznie akcenty chmielowe. Goryczka średnia z lekkim plusem, wysycenie w normie, ciała odrobinę za dużo. Ciekawe piwo, aczkolwiek są lekkie mankamenty.

Shared bottle at Hrncovar fest 2024. Deep amber brown color with meidum beige head. Aroma of dried fruits, malt, caramel, raspberries, whiskey. Taste is powerfull full of caramel, dried fruits, candies, whiskey, light fruity sourness in finish with raspberries. Nice. A lot of quadrupel (dried fruit, light malt and esters), a lot of raspberries (sour and crisp notes), less barrel, the whole thing is very intense and interesting.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a pale yellow with a slight haze and a small, white head. Smoky nose, faint Bamberg style with a diacetyl hint. Light body, a slight meaty sweetness, distant smoke and yeast with a bitter finish. 140324

Can 50 cl. Pours black with an orange hue and a tiny, beige head. Intensely peated nose. Body is thin and watery with subtle roast and massive peat accents. Some slight bitterness in the finish. It's all about the peat. I hate peat. 050224

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque, dark brown with an orange tint and just a tiny film of a beige head. Aroma is wxactly what the beer suggests: a mix of honey and whiskey. Rich body, some slight honey sweetness initially, but you quicly get wood, tannins and vanilla before a rather intense alcohol burn. Interesting, absolutely. 050224

Bottle from beer fest in Kielce. Piana ladna spora i trwala, rubinowa barwa, pachnie suszonymi owocami, dzemem truskawkowym. W smaku slodkie i nie co za bardzo, daktyle w syropie klonowym, troche karmelu, nieco lepkosci na ustach.
