Niska, gęsta piana. Przyjemny, całkiem intenywny aromat wiśni, karmelu. Poza tym przyprawy, landrynki, belgijskie fenole, wanilia, czerwone wino. W smaku wiśnie, karmel, przyprawy, czerwone wytrawne wino, lekka wanilia. Piwo kwaskowate, ściągające. Ciało wysokie, wysycenie niskie, goryczka niska do średniej, alkohol jak na 12% całkiem dobrze ukryty. Bardzo smaczne piwo, pite co prawda jeden dzień po terminie. Dziwi tak niska średnia na rb.

500ml bottle. Hazy, dark brown colour with slightly late awakening, small, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige head. Intense, sweet-ish, fruity cinnamon aroma, chocolately malty background, whiffs of coffee here and there. Taste is sweet-ish, dark malty, notes of coffee, lots of cinnamon, somehow fruity cinnamon, hints of cinnamon roll, a touch of morello and plum, lactose. Mushy texture, super-soft, smooth palate, soft to flat carbonation. Wow! That sort of cinnamon used here is outstanding. Very tasty.
