Almost black beer. Beige head. Dark malts in the aroma along with creamy hints, some roses, red fruits. The tomatoes smell is distinct, but not overwhelming and that overwhelmingness of tomatoes is the thing that I was scared of with this beer. In taste, there is an immediate attack of the sourness which is on medium level. The salt could be more pronounced, but it is sensible in the back of the throat after a while. It's like a sea salt or something. The sweetness nicely counters the otherwise harsh sourness. Full body, oily in mouth. My first gose - need more.

Bottle from bobosk, many thanks. Hazy yellow orange with thick white head. Aroma of lemongrass, ginger, coconut. Taste, coconuts, lemongrass, ginger, lactose, habanero, lactic sourness. Weird beer, very tasty however.

Probeczka, ta po prawej, wiec bez oceny, ale generalnie zaskakujaco pozytywnie jak na jakies jalowcowedzonki, byloby ze 3.6 moze :)

500ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy, fading, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy, tart-ish, tangy aroma, notes of lemongrass, hints of coconut, a touch of cilantro and ginger, whiffs of red pepper, mild chili. Taste is tart-ish, tangy, tropical and citrusy fruity, notes of lemongrass, some mango, cilantro, a touch of ginger, curcuma, mild chili, red pepper. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, prickly carbonation. Nice composition, balanced, refreshing - very nice.

Wyraźnie gozdzikowe, lekka słodycz banana. Wysycenie idealne, ładna barwa. Dość wytrawne jak na weizen. Lekka kwaskowosc.

Jak ocenić to piwo, z saison to mało ma wspólnego, aromat zdominowany przez chrzan, być może o to chodziło, dziwne doznanie szczególnie w smaku - myślałem ze swoją ostrością zora kubki smakowe a tu delikatna słodycz która przechodzi w wytrawność i na finiszu znowu chrzan. To nawet nie wariacja stylu, bardziej dziwoląg ale ciekawy, miało być wasabi jest.
