Piana słaba i bardzo szybko się redukuje. Kolor miedzianopomarańczowy, dość mętne. W aromacie na pierwszy plan wychodzi kolendra oraz zapach soli, w tle czuć cytrusy. W smaku jest przede wszystkim kwach, lecz nie jest to sam kwach. Po kilku łykach słone odczucie wzrasta i idealnie komponuje się z kwaśnością. Piwo jest bardzo orzeźwiające mimo wysokiego wysycenia. Udane piwo.

Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of Marcin. Pours clear golden with totally diminishing off-white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of wheat, yeast, herbs, grapefruit, fruit and wet dog. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel malt follows tart, citric and mild salty, mouthfeel is a bit spicy, while there is no bitterness present at all. Ligh body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Great gose, still fresh, although 1 week after BBE date...

50cl bottle. Pours very dark brown colour with a mid-sized creamy tan head. Aroma of dark roasted malt, coffee and hops. Taste of dark roasted malt, coffee beans, vanilla, very hoppy, delicious!

Tap (Kontynuacja, Wroclaw). Barwa ciemno brazowa z rubinowymi refleksami pod swiatlo. Piana jasno bezowa, niezbyt obfita i szybko redukujaca sie do cienkiego pierscienia, praktycznie bez lacingu. W aromacie nuty palone, orzechowe, calkiem przyjemny. Zbieznie w smaku z mocno wytrawnym finiszem. Piwo lekkie w odczuciu, gladkie, pijalne, przyjemne z subtelnym drapaniem w gardle.

Pale yellow beer with medium head. In aroma contains honey, cheese and cereal. Not bitter, slightly sweet, highly sour. Light body, refreshing, low to medium carbonation, a bit astringent.

Completely dark beer with low beige head. Coffee and chocolate are the main things in the aroma. It’s dry, but there’s some sweetness involved too. There’s a sticky texture. Bitterness is on medium to high level.

Golden colored, opaque. Low head. Aroma contains herbs, banana, some wind and a bit of spicy hints. But could be more aggressive. Medium sweetness, low to medium bitterness. Medium carbonated, light body.
