Airport draught, 2/15/23. Clear, deep brass-golden. Small, well-retained, white head. Sweaty apricot skin with peach, pine and nectarine. Biscuit and white bread-like malts are supportive. No alcohol, weird yeast or resin. Very dry with lots of stone fruit, spice, dried citrus rind and supportive, soft, white bread and biscuit malt. Good depth and attenuation. No excessive pine or resin. Ample bitterness. Another drinkable and balanced WCIPA. Really no excuse for the excessive amount of resinous, unbalanced West Coasts out there. These enjoyable versions aren't that hard to make.

Airport draught, 2/15/23. Moderately hazy, blonde-lemon-golden. Medium-sized white head slowly fading to cover. Lemon and orange with heavy yeastiness showing big, ripe fruits and light bubble gum. Soft, biscuity, white bready malts balance. No alcohol or resin noted. Lots of yeastiness, something like Sabro or Strata or some HBC adding coconut/pineapple and very attenuated malts with zero sweetness though not overattenuated to the point of thin structure. Almost a petrol character. It just says Citra though....so are these just really old hops or is it the interaction of all this yeast? Haven't missed NEIPAs that are yeasty!

Draught at Tuscon Airport location, 2/14/22. Clear, dark amber-to-light-mahogany. Medium-sized, well-retained, dark beige head. Fruity and full of caramel, toffee and raisin with a hint of melanoidin-like acidity and lingering clean, mineral-laden yeast. Rich and malty, sweet but well-attenuated with tons of red fruit, caramel, maple and honey cream. Not massively complex, but super soft, very well-brewed (texture, attenuation, cleanliness, head retention, etc). Not my favorite style by a long shot but have to respect how well-done this is.

Pint can pours with a hazy but not opaque dirty copper gold body that supports a tall off white head of foam. The mild aroma offers up malts, grassy herbal notes, floral and the citrus hoppiness. The taste delivers a blend of sweet malts, floral hops, some thin earthy tea notes and then a layer of grapefruit like citrus hops. The more i drink the more I'm enjoying this.

4 oz. draft sample at the brewery. Nice hazy pink color. Aroma is light berry and light sour wheat. Flavor had a decent amount of pomegranate, subtle tart berry, with a nice mild lingering tartness. Good.

4 oz. sample at the brewery. Roast is here, but thin body and not much chocolate or sweetness. Something is a tad off. Thin.

4 oz. sample at the source. Hazy golden color. Aroma shows me passion fruit, pineapple, and juice. Mild wheaty backbone, plenty of juice. Light body.

Can. Pours unclear darkish amber. Aroma is frankincense, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, gingerbread. Body is medium, sweet and strongly spiced, some as the aroma. Low carbonation, sticky sweet palate. Reminds a bit of coke candy, too. Quite good, yet a bit too strong on spices.
