Flaske fra Holmens importavdeling, på aktivitetsdag okt-14: dette er nok et nybrottsarbeid med kun tre ratinger før oss. Mørk brunsvart med beige skum med dannede kniplinger. Aroma og smak av mørke malter, kaffe, sjokolade, solbær og pinjehonnning. Rund og fyldig for sine sølle 4,5. Diskret bitterhet i ettersmaken, det er mørk honning/karamell som preger denne.

Bottle. Quite much caramel in the aroma, some roasted malt, honey. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Surprisingly similar to kvass in taste. Nothing breathtaking, but it was pleasant to drink.

Aroma is moderate malty, hay, sweet malt, marzipan malt, alcohol. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, alcohol, sweet malt, marzipan malt, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140705]
