Reddish brown pour from bottle. Smells overpowering ly weed like. Crazy in fact. Syrupy malts and such. Boozy. Interesting but not sure if I could do another bomber.

Pretty goddammit amazing. Black pour from bottle. Roast malts and piney hops. As good a black ipa as there is.

Bottled. Bright shiny golden hue. Even white head and lacing. Citrus nose, some pine resin and malt. Pretty good.

I’m in the " this is brutal" camp. From bomber, nice color but it’s like children’s robutussin plus Tabasco. Expected more hops.

Bottled 2013 version from eastern district. Ambeey orange clear pour. White head. Aroma is hops and bourbon. Taste is a citrus grapefruit heavy with vanilla bourbon notes. Good but not life changing.

Draught from habitat. Clear dark gold pour. Earthy dry floral hops aroma. Bitter dry taste that dissipates quickly. Pretty good
