0.355l bottle from Beer Republic. Aroma of chocolate, cinnamon, roasted malt, nuts and coffee. Pours pitch black color with thin creamy light brown head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with light sweet and rich roasted malt, cinnamon and liquor, following is earthy, ashy and woody, mouthfeel is warm and spicy, while finish is average bitter. Full body, thick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Better to have KBS than KFC…

Can. Pours faintlu cloudy golden yellow with a foamy whitish head, sweet malt aroma, adequate carbonation, initially sweet citrus peel taste, faint piney flabor, turns medium bitter with alcohol undertones, thin body, long finish with some throat burn. Boozy DIPA.

Bottle at home. Brownish color, murky, medium sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, grapefruit, wood, vinous. Flavor is vinous, grapefruit I guess, sweetish, wood-tart-ish, liquor. Very weird flavor. Don't think I've ever had a combination like this. Odd. Very odd.

flowery hoppy, aritficial citrus, almost more flowery than fruity. strong hoppy aroma overall, slighly sweet malty base.

Deep copper body, medium to thin cream head. Crisp resinous nose with light toasted malts. Firm and sharp body with citrus peel and pine and just enough nutty, sweetish malt to provide flavor but not weigh the body down. Really nice job by Founders on this new seasonal offering.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a copper hue and a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has sweet bread and light toffee with some caramel and a touch of light fruits. Flavor has sweet grains and bread with a bit of toffee and caramel underlying.
