Bottle. Golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is fruity and mildly dry, and the flavour is very dry with a malty and fruity body. Overall a very nice beer.

Cask gravity at Planet Thanet 07. Very deep ruby with lasting bubbly beige head. Decent stout. Got all the component parts. Plenty of tight roasted malts, bit of charcoal, touch of sourish dark fruit.

Cask handpull at Pembury Tavern March BF 2007. Very dark brown/red colour with beige bubbly head. Dry malt aroma. Fine malty beer in mouth, some juicy raisin. Fuzzy hop on end tingles the tongue. Fine. OK premium bitter.

Cask gravity at The George, Bethersden, Summer BF 2006. Pale copper colour with thin lasting white head. Caramel/hop aroma. Bit soapy. OK in mouth. Herby hop flavours come through on the end. Underlying caramel. Yes, not bad. Could do with being either maltier or hoppier, or indeed both.

[Cask at GBBF 2004] An orange beer with no head. The aroma is sour flowery, while the flavor is hoppy and flowery with a thin body. A weird beer to my senses.

(Cask conditioned). I had just a taste of this at the Wear Valley CAMRA beer festival, will need to have it again. Some natural carbonation, low head. Very malty aroma and flavour, low bitterness. Typical Northeastern English style.
