Bottle with pull-cap 0,33ltr: Dark brown coloured brew with sweet bitter taste and hints of chocolate and butterscotch. This dark Argentinean brew is lot better than the earlier rated beer from this brewery.

[33cl bottle on board Viking Octantis in Patagonia] A murky dark amber pour with a trace of white head; fruity aroma; malty body with a harsh resinous bitterness. Not a great IPA.

2/1/2019. Bottle from Portal Patagonico, Ushuaia. Pours dark mahogany brown with a beige head. Aroma of dark fruit, veg, malt, liquorice, chocolate and sour berries. Medium sweetness, light roasted bitterness and some tartness. Light body, slight watery and oily texture, soft carbonation. Berry sour finish. Started off ok but faded.

30/12/2018. Bottle from Portal Patagonico, Ushuaia. Pours very dark brown with a small off-white to beige head. Aroma of chocolate, cherries, black forest gateaux, plum, blackberries and cough medicine. Quite heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice aroma but too sweet.

31/12/2018. Bottle from Portal Patagonico, Ushuaia. Pours dark mahogany brown with a short lasting beige head. Aroma of dried fruit, chocolate, malt, coffee, plum and fig with a light toasted edge. Medium plus sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Medium body, oily and slightly watery texture, average carbonation. Aromas nice but quite bland to taste.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Deep brown, beige head. Light cooking chocolate, some grains, feel a bit industrial. The taste is hardly a porter, dusty papery malts, some dark caramel, dusty bitterness. More like a blacker macro-dunkel.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks Tom L. Dark brown. Aroma of butter and caramel candies, a bit of roast, a bit of milk chocolate and a bit of coffee. Sweet flavor, caramelly, roasty and buttery. Light to medium-bodied.

33cl Bottle from Francoise. Quite old. Dark brown to black colour, beige head. Aroma of liquorice, oxidisation, roasted malts, caramel, some dark fruits, dead yeast. Flavour is sweet, thin, roast, liquorice, yeast, oxidised. Light-bodied.
