12 oz. can. Pours a clear, dark brown color, with a big, frothy, tan head. The aroma is toast, chalk, rotten apple, and toffee. Sweet and malty, with a dank bitterness. Thin and a little acrid. Fair.

Rusty red. Pours clear maroon. Some cream. Not a lot of character. Pretty clean finish with only a faint lingering rust sense. Tap at First Draft.

12 oz. can purchased in Frisco, Colorado. Pours a clear dark mahogany color with a khaki head and very good retention. Spotty lacing. Caramel malt aroma. Sweet toasted caramel malt flavor with a light smoky finish. Medium body. Clean and smooth. Tasty and enjoyable. The 6.0 ABV is well hidden.

Can thanks to Wasatch. Cheers John!

Pours a slightly hazy medium gold with over a finger of foam, sticky lacing.

Smells of grapefruit citrus, caramel malt, has a tropical fruit nose to it.

Fruity bitterness up front, grapefruit, light grass, a bit subdued flavour wise for a double IPA.

Has somewhat of a scratchy mouthfeel to it. Pretty average.

Taster at Colorado Plus. Pours a clear, yellow color, with a small, white head. The nose is floral hops, grain, rye, and corn syrup. Not that sweet, with a sharp, unpleasant bitterness. Light to medium body, with a sharp, acerbic feel. This is interesting, but not easy, nor delicious.

Can. A- Vegetable, cucumber, plastic. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Cucumber, vegetable, mild bitterness, dry. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly astringent finish. O- Granted this can was a bit old, it was still alright. The cucumber tasted more artificial than refreshing. I'm sure fresh, it's a bit better.
