Description
Kompania Piwowarska operates three breweries with rich heritage: Tyskie Browary Książęce (established in 1629), the Dojlidy Brewery in Bialystok (1768) and Lech Browary Wielkopolski in Poznan (1895). These breweries provide Polish people with their favourite beers, including Żubr, Tyskie, Lech, Dębowe, Redd’s and the Książęce specialty collection. Our proven beer recipes, natural ingredients, pristinely clean breweries and, above all, superbly skilled and experienced brewers, allow us to brew beers that are highly valued in Poland and abroad.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Can in Krakov. Lager with citrus added! Crisp and refreshing lemon and apple notes, let down by some saccaharin. Okay.

Bottle. Clear, golden body with a minimal off-white head. Alcoholic nose with lots of dried fruits and sugars. Warming and full-bodied, almost burning, with sweet, dried fruits and grains, Some bitterness in the end, which is mostly alcohol warming. This is definately something made for the guys in the park. 100806

Bottled Clea orange, no head. Artificial cherry sryp aroma. Sweet and fruity with hard, sticky mouthfeel. Restrained cherry flavour, no nitterness. Tolerable, but barely.

500ml can at a party in West London. I wouldn’t normally touch this kind of beer but a friend urged me to drink it. Golden coloured pour with a medium white head. Malty, hoppy aroma. Clear malty taste with a hint of hops, slightly fruity. Surprisingly drinkable Polish lager.
