Pigs Ear. Light haze on this amber beer. Tidy pale cream coloured head. Fine carbonation imparts a crispy and dry palate. Sweetish malt. A little minerals.Tangy orange citrus and dried fruits. Trace of lactose. Whisper of sulphur - nothing serious. Quite a dry finish. The tangy citrus elevates this above the morass.

Cask-conditioned at the Minehead Beer Festival, 8/09/2012. Deep amber with a slight, off-white head. Malty aroma with some caramel and a touch of fruit. Flavour was similar with a decent bitter finish. Fine.

Cask-conditioned at Minehead beer festival, 8 September 2012. Clear gold with a slight white head. Aroma of hay, grassy hops and a touch of lemon fruit. Solid cereal malt flavours, with some more fruit and a decent bitter finish. A good beer from a new brewery.
