Bomber from Cap Tap at 11.8%. Pours dark brn/blk with a lightly foamy beige/tan head. Aroma is very dark malt, dark fruits, bourbon notes. Full bodied. Flavor is dark treacle, dark fruit, earthy chocolate, vanilla, wood and bourbon notes. It does do an imitation of a Kraft caramel for a split second in the finish. Not dry at all. Fairly bitter considering all the malt. Heat is mostly hidden. Good stuff.

Bomber from Tavour. Aroma is lacto, blueberries, SweeTarts, oak, pepper. Pours hazy purple with a quickly collapisng purple-white head. Taste is moderately-high sour (7/10) with flavors of lacto, blueberries, wheat, light oak influence. Light carbonation that leads to a slightly foamy mouthfeel. Nice sour.

Pour is a black with a very minor tan head. Aroma is all whiskey. Alcohol hot with a big char and some vanilla. Flavor is about the same. Bit whiskey with a ton of oak. Some chocolate and vanilla follow. Big flavor and bigger booze. The cardboard box this came in was unnecessary and only added to the cost.

Bottle @ 2018 Great Vegas Festival Of Beer. Pours a dark brown black color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty chocolate woody aroma. Roasted malty chocolate woody flavor with hints of bourbon. Has a roasted malty woody bourbon chocolate finish.

26/6/2018. Bottle at the Renaissance hotel, Las Vegas. Pours cloudy reddish brown with an average sized off-white/pink head. Aroma of raspberry, citrus, bittersweet fruits and light biscuit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, light sours. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average carbonation.

26/6/2018. Bottle at the Renaissance hotel, Las Vegas. Pours hazy amber with an average sized off-white head. Aroma of pine, hops, tropical and citrus fruit, light caramel and earthy notes. Moderate sweetness and medium plus bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation.
Stacking those bourbon notes with the chocolate sweetness, heavy truck load of malts, warm bourbon brownies.
