75cl bottle. Pours brilliant gold, transparent, only with little white foam. Aroma is delicate of apples. Body is average, with good lively carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, with little acidity behind. Because of that, final is fairly dry.

75cl bottle. Pours pale gold, fully clear, with some initial, but quickly fading foam. Aroma is of apple, nicely fruity. Body is average, with quite a carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, BUT with a hint of underlying acidity. Final is fairly dry, with the pears coming out a little in the end.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma is alcohol, very sharp apples, granny smith apples and apple juice. Medium carbonation, very tarty. Sweet apple taste. Brilliant.

--Bottled. -- Clear very pale yellow, minimal head. Mild tart apple aroma. Tart with light body and clean mouthfeel. Citric green apples, dried apple rings. Mild apple skin bitterness. Starightforward.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear pale gold colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, fleshy. Taste is tart, apple, fleshy, fruity, white wine hint, with some drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle. Pale yellow colour with a minor white head. Aroma is green apples, some funk, mild . Flavour is super tart and sour with a rather dry take on it. Like a brutally dry white wine almost.

7/10/2023. Bottle shared at Ulfborg. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of apple, light citrus, touch of funk. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, gassy carbonation. Light drying finish, with some acidity and a little sulphur to finish. It's fine.
