ABV: 5.5%. Clear light yellow colour with a small, white head. Aroma is apple, apple skin, sugary apple - sweet apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, apple, green apple, funky touch, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20231007]

Bottle @Ulfborg. Very ligt golden, almost colourless, airy white head. Sweet apples and light funk aroma. Quite dry mouthfeel. Sweet, overripe apples in the flavour.

(Bottle) Golden colour with brief, bubbley head. Fruity nose with notes of yellow apples, hay, vanilla and spices. Fruity, sweetish taste with yellow apples, citrus, hay, vanilla and spices. Medium body, fairly sweet, with a fresh acidity. Clean, tasty and highly drinkable cider. Very nice.

Aroma of sweet and sharp apples, citrus, apple drops, baked apple, brown sugar, flowers, light sulphur notes. Medium sweetness and moderate tartness. Medium body, spritzy carbonation, Bittersweet tart finish. Enjoyed this.
