750ml wired cork bottle from Cat in the Glass. Opened with a pop. Clear bright golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of ripe apple, caramel, slight earthy hint. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, stewed apple, with caramel, and some drying tannin. Medium bodied, soft foamy carbonation, sweet finish. Nicely drinkable.

Clear pale with no head. Tart apple glue. Gummybears, twigs, grapeskins. Sweet. Mild bitter.

Bottle thanks to sjogro. Slight hazy pale straw with fizzy head. Crisp green apple, light leafy, apple candy, mineral, kiwi, gooseberries, lime. Just medium sweet, light sour and bitter. Medium crisp body with sparkly carbonation. Tastes a bit 'green', but very tasty.

Clear gold, no head, soft fizz. Sweet round apple aroma, a bit syruppy, some chestnutty and woody notes, some honey floral touch & sweetness. Sweet, sour and bitter apples in balance. Medium bodied. Decent, but a bit sweet and the low abv keeps it dull.

Bottle of 3.5 % ABV shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 03.06.20. Clear pale straw colour. Persistent bright white head and lacing. Excellent aroma and taste of crisp yellow and red apples and newly baked apple cake with vanilla and cinnamon. Medium high carbonation and slightly astringent mouthfeel. Very good!

750 ml corked & caged green bottle, unreasonably pricey, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 3.5%. I am not sure that the 5% version actually exists. Clear and pale golden colour, sparkling, with a large white head that lasts a while. Fresh aroma of eating apples / dessert apples. Medium sweet and refreshing flavour of ripe eating apples, with some acidity, a hint of plums.

Passet derfor godt inn i kveldens progresjon.

750 ml bottle, as Maley Cidre Jorasses Classicum, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.5%. Clear and very pale yellow colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Pleasant aroma of spicy apples, white bread and yeast. Moderately sweet flavour of apples, apple peel in the finish.
