Nice fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish, apple peel, yeast, minerals, sour grass, sour green apples, co2 stinging in the nose, apple cores, hints of yellow apples. Taste is dry funky sour-ish, sorrel, apple peel, sour green apples, yeast, minerals, apple cores, hay, citrus peel. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel, very high and fizzy carbonation. Nice.

Bottle. Pours a hazy very pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy apple aroma with weak yeasty hints. Fruity spicy slightly tart dry apple flavor. Has a fruity spicy dry apple finish.

0.75l corked bottle. Oh, it actually is as milky golden and cloudy as it looks in the bottle. A somewhat original cider look here and it has a nice little bright white head that sticks around for quite a while as well. A fair amount of big chunky-clunky grey yeast sediments also makes it in to the glass. Smells absolutely lovely. Lots of tart green and sweet yellow apples. It has this fresh natural apply aroma, like eplemost (it looks likebitbasbwell) A little bit of cork and wood also present here, as is pears and soft sweet candied orange zest. Yeah, can get used to this aroma indeed. Oh, it tastes quite beautiful as well. On the slighter sweeter side of e cider scale, but it's more a natural apply sweetness than a sugary sweetness. Lots of flavor here. Both pears and apples really. A little vanilla trace and soft pineapple. Ends slightly tart and lingering. This is one impressive tasting cider. 17.04.2014

750 ml bottle 2012 vintage. Unclear golden body with a medium sized (at least for a cider) white head. Mild, smooth apple aroma, apple core and a hint of sulfur. Nice refreshing sweet and light acidic apple flavor, mature apples and apple core. Medium body and a bit sweet in aftertaste. Quite good one, just order another from the Vinmonopoly today.
