Taster at Colorado Plus. Pours a clear, bright, pale, straw color, with a medium, frothy, clingy, white head. The aroma is green apple, light honey, distinct Chardonnay, and hay. Sweet and vineous, with a touch of bitterness. Very light body, with a crisp, sugary palate. This is an interesting and tasty oenobier.

Shaker pint draft at Burg and Barrel in Leawood, Kansas. The pour is a clear golden with visible carbonation building up a small white head. The aroma is cereal malt, hint of floral and salt water. The taste is a clean, straight forward version of a typical Mexican Lager. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and a crisp finish. Easy drinking beer, hit the spot.

Tulip at the brewery - black with s frothy off-white head - I appreciate the subtle raspberry in this - starts off with moderate rye whiskey, smoke, espresso - a chocolate sweetness gradually develops before subtle raspberry settles in on the tail end, complimenting the chocolate notes well - one of the better beers I’ve had here in recent years.

Tulip at the brewery - hazy gold - full, frothy mouthfeel - flavor is heavily, automatically bitter, tasting almost like gin of other botanically-infused spirits - I taste notes of juniper, yarrow - some pepper, light wheaty sweetness - the bitterness is a bit medicinal on the tail end, but it’s decent.

12 oz. can purchased in Frisco, Colorado. Pours a clear gold color with a white head and good retention. Minimal lacing. Generic aroma, maybe a hint of hops. Pretty standard golden lager flavor profile with a light hop finish. Pretty mellow overall. Crisp and clean and smooth. Medium body.
