Pint can, brewed in 2022. Deep brown pour with a large brown head that quickly fades away. Big boozy barrel notes, sweet and inviting. The flavor is mostly all barrel notes; sweet and minimal woody bits. A little bit on the thin side.

16oz can pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet melons tropical fruit hops. Taste is more of the nice sweet tropical fruit hops and a nice melon touch.

Sample @ GABF 2019. Pours a golden color with a white head. Has a fruity citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy bitter finish.

16 oz. can from Withey's Health Foods in Kalispell, MT. Pours a hazy yellow color with a very large bright white head and great retention. Good lacing. Hops and citrus aroma. Initial sips are hops-forward and light citrus. Further sips highlight more melon and citrus flavor with a light hoppy finish. Good balance. One of the better APAs I've had. Light body and medium carbonation. Smooth bitterness.

16 oz. can from Withey's Health Foods in Kalispell, MT. Pours a clear dark root beer color with a small khaki head and good retention. Spotty lacing. Light smokey malt aroma. The taste follows the nose: Dark malts and sweet toffee flavor with a light smokey finish. Very subtle and mellow for 6.5% ABV. Low carbonation. Medium-light body. Not bitter. Smooth and easy drinking. Pretty good for a cheap, local gas station beer. More of an Irish ale versus Scotch ale, IMHO.
