Bottle from Booths, Media City. Bright golden coloured cider. There’s not a lot of nose, but it’s apple is sweet and stated, and dry tasting.

Bottle from Darts Farm Shop. It pours pale gold with a touch of haze and a quickly dissipating white head. The nose is earthy, musty, spice, farmyard, apple skin, apple pie, light candy and sherbet. The taste is crisp, firm bitterness, dry, slight funk, tannins, hay, apple skin and sweet apple pie with a firm, dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Well rounded and quaffable.

Spritziger Antrunk von reifen Äpfeln. Gelungene, trocken süße Mischung, dabei wird der Cider aber schnell trockener. Später ein wenig muffig, dennoch süffig und insgesamt gelungen. 7/9/8/8/11/9

500ml bottle from Perry’s online. Clear golden colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apples, oak, barnyard. Taste is fruity apple with lots of woody oak, some barnyard and drying tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Perry’s online. Yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and nose of tangy apple with woody oak, rubber & funk. Flavour is mellow apple, fruity, apple skins, oak, vanilla, some tannins and barnyard notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry bittersweet finish. Very drinkable.

Flavour is sweet, apple, apple skins, woody oak, barnyard, rubber, leather and some tannin. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, drying earthy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
