Description
We're a free-thinking craft cider company that doesn't like being constrained. In fact we only like making craft ciders as naturally and as simply as possible - using the very best fresh apples, small batch techniques, wild yeasts and 100% juice. The resulting ciders are full of depth, character and as near to perfection as we can get them

Taste is tangy apple, hint of caramel, woody, oak, vanilla notes, bittersweet, dry with some tannins. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours slightly hazy yellow, big freshly-juiced apple aroma. Taste is quite vibrant & fruity for a ’farmhouse’ cider with furry yeast, bright apple taste and raw flesh tannins. Hugely drinkable and enjoyable cider.

500ml bottle @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours cloudy yellow, spritzy carbonation. Vibrant apple juice aroma, beautiful crisp fruity taste, mushy apples and fresh juice with a tart tang and dry fuzzy finish. Another great cider to add to Perry’s arsenal.

500ml bottle as Perry’s Somerset Redstreak Cider, from Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. I really hope this is the right cider, as hard to recognise it from the comments below. Pours a clear gold, luscious overripe apple aroma. Taste is sweet, vibrant, fleshy, juicy and delicious with a tart tang and tongue-sucking finish, similar to Henney’s Medium. Refreshing and beautiful. Love it.

500ml bottle from Cotteridge Wines. Pours gold with a tannic aroma. First impressions is it’s pretty dry with some modest tannin action and a slight fruity character. Tremletts aren’t the easiest cider apples to work with but Perrys seems to have made something decent with this.
