On tap @ Black Bottle Fort Collins. A little hazy reddish orange appearance with a thin tan head. Aroma has caramel, toffee, booze, and herbal hops. High boost. Moderate plus sweetness and moderate bitterness. A little bit of vegetal notes along with caramel and lots of green and herbal notes. Mediocre at best.

On tap @ Black Bottle Fort Collins. Clear, very light yellow appearance with a white head. Aromas of perfume, flowers, pears, a hint of butter, and apples. Thin body. Mild flavor though it also has diacetyl. A little oily texture. Medium sweetness and low bitterness. Not overly offensive but for a brewery that has been open several years should know better than to serve a flawed beer.

On tap @ Black Bottle Fort Collins. Hazy, burnt orange appearance with a thin, light brown head. Aroma is strong dank bud, caramel, black pepper, and clove. Medium body. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Fairly spicy in the mouth. A little goopy while not being overly sweet. Some esters and phenols present but it otherwise tastes like a hoppy amber ale. Bleh.

On tap @ Black Bottle Fort Collins. Clear, dark brown appearance with a thin tan head. Aromas of coffee, roast, chocolate, oatmeal, and light hops. Medium body. Moderate sweetness and moderate low bitterness. A little twangy but the flavor is otherwise OK. There’s some nutty elements along with a little cola. Decent enough to drink but it’s pretty mediocre.
