W smaku dość wytrawne, czarna porzeczka, kapucha, kwaśność średnia nieco do wysokiej, nuty nieco trawiaste, siarczane. Wysycenie niskie do średniego, ciało w normie, umiarkowana pijalność. Brakuje nieco wysycenia, porzeczka też się chowa nieco za tą kiszonką. Ale jest ogółem dobrze.

Barwa żółta, srogo zmętnione, piana niewielka, niezbyt trwała. W aromacie kiszonka, w typie kapusty kiszonej ze sklepu, do tego lekki agrest. W smaku wytrawne, kwaśność średniowysoka, agrest, kiszonka. Lekka cierpkość, wysycenie w normie, ciało lekkie, dobra pijalność. Jeden z bardziej kwaśnych kwachów, co lubię, dodatek agrestu też jest spoko. Opcja na lato idealna.

Sampled from tap at 'Damian'. Almost clear, dark reddish amber with a thin, foamy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, fairly smoky and a little spicy aroma of caramel, massive Lapsang Souchong, smoked eel and a touch of toasted nuts. Quite sweet, malty, rather smoky and a bit spicy taste of caramel, lots of Lapsang Souchong, smoked eel, some toasted nuts and a touch of spruce, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, very smoky and gently spicy finish. Medium body, smooth, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Great if you like Lapsang Souchong, at least really well-made, just don't get the Dubbel features, could just be a Bock actually.

Sampled @ Festival Dobrego Piwa Wroclaw 2018. A black beer with a small tan head. Aroma of dark roasted malt, Chocolate, Coffee, wood. Taste of strong dark malt mild roasted malt, coffee, wood vanilla. Good!

shared at a tasting, thanks vami, smallish murky borscht purple color,berry aroma with some wood, spicy hint and a whiff of rubber, flavor of berry and yoghurt, mellow medium lactic sourness, feels quite thick, Nice and enjoyable, easy to drink.
