Dark purple ringed brown with a large khaki coloured head leaving patchy lace. Nose is blackberry, molasses, coffee, light vanilla. Light+ molasses sweetness with a light coffee bitterness and a light berry tartness. Medium creamy mouth with average carbonation. Solid. 8/4/7+/3+l15

Almost white, lupy powder nose, low bitterness, similar palate...some white grapefruit sort of notes but yeah, not well developed for this type.

Draught at the brewery. Straw, sort of a light almost blueberry fruitiness on the nose, light bitterness, lots of light berry notes. Clean malts.

473mL can, pours a cloudy bright pinkish amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright berries, and a touch of lacto. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of lacto upfront, with plenty of red berries. Yogurty, fruity finish. Decent.

Pink, opaque, no head. The aroma has a lot of berry, I would say more raspberry than anything else but they're all coming together in there. Quite tart up front. The kettle isn't actually that clean, but there is a lot of fruit in here to overpower that. Tart raspberry and blackberry taste. Straightforward fruit ale.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Hazy blond colour, small head. Nice aroma, of crisp cereals and citrus zest. Bone dry; simple malt base, not easy to do more with this beer, but possible; decent hopping, timid resins.
Good ISA, too bad they wanted to use a buzzword (and missed the Hazy target by a million miles).
