375ml bottle from Cider is Wine. Orangey gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple pie, pastry, spicy. Taste is sweet, apple pie, fruity apple & caramel, pastry, sugary with oak, woody notes & tangy tannic. Medium bodied, spiky carbonation, residual sweet and oaky tannins at the finish. Nicely drinkable.

375ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. 4.3%. Sparkling, golden colour, bubbly white foam head that gradually dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, fleshy. Taste is sweet, fleshy apple, fruity, with some sharpness and acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying finish along with some residual sweetness. Quite drinkable.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Slightly hazy golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity pear, caramel. Taste is sweet, pear, juicy, sugary. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. OK.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Orangey gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, woody funk. Taste is apple, juicy, orangey, funky orchardy, with some soft tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Nicely drinkable

Bag in a box at Hopbunker, Cardiff. Pours light hazed golden with no head. Aroma: apples, earthy, lightly tartness. Taste: towards dry, apples, light tartness, earthy. Light to medium body with low/no carbonation

(From a bag in a box at Gallow's Bird Real Ale Festival 2020) The cider poured deep golden and lightly hazy. No head. Aroma had apples, vanilla earth and lightly tartness. Palate was medium bodied and dry with low carbonation. Flavours were apples, tartness, vanilla and earthy finish. Aftertaste had tartness and apples. A pleasant balanced cider.

Box @ Cellar Bar, Chester. Pours a deep hazy reddish mahogany amber. Without knowing anything about this producer I was expecting some kind of Snails Bank / Lilleys / Seacider affair but it's actually nothing of the sort. Oily palate, with a high natural juice content and high astringency with a strong alcohol presence. Ribena, spice, caramel and sherry notes seem to dominate, with no treacle pudding elements at al. An odd one that's hard to like.
