Barwa słomkowa, zamglone, piana długo utrzymująca się. W aromacie wyczuwalne nuty wędzonki oraz amerykańskich chmieli poprzez albedo grejpfruta. W smaku dobrze ułożone, chmielowość nie zaburza lekkości grodzisza. Gorycz na niskim poziomie. Miły eksperyment z tego wyszedł.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting and lacing, snow-white head. Very intense aroma is smoky, slightly herbal and citrusy, notes of salami, hibiscus, bergamot, lemon, mild sauerkraut, green pepper, lemongrass. Taste is initially slightly dry, minimally tart and smoky, ashy, hints of lemon peel, lemon drops, lemon tea, later with increasing smokiness (pure smoke), fruity hints of quince; soft palate. Very intense for 3.6% abv only.

On tap. Hazy milky yellow color, white foam. Aroma: malty, slightly smoked and citrus, a little sour. Taste: smoked malt, wheat, mild hop bitterness, very drinkable.

0,5l bottle at home. BB 27.01.2017. light yellow rather hazy color, small white head. smells rather smoky, some bacon, earthy, light citric, some berry notes, bit flowery, even parfumy, light exotic fruits. overall nice smell. light body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, earthy, light smoky, light flowery, parfumy, light leathery, bit milky. finishes lightly dry and acidic / citric with notes of earthy, smoky and citric notes. ok, but not a favorite of mine, complex but could be easier to drink. overall decent.

Clear pale yellowish beer, small irregular white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very smoky, bit sourish. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: nice sour start, bit lemony, very smoky, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: bit watery, very smoky, soft acidity, little bitter, more smoke, some yoghurt, very quaffable!

Barwa bursztynowa, lekko zamglone, piana biała, umiarkowanej wielkości, dość drobna, ale niezbyt trwała. W aromacie słodkie owoce tropikalne, lekkie cytrusy. W smaku podbudowa słodowa, dość wyraźna, do tego słodycz owocowa od chmieli, sporo mango, trochę cytrusów. Goryczka maksymalnie średnia, trochę jej brakuje. Treściwość też mogłaby być nieco lepsza, wysycenie w normie. Przeciętne raczej, brakuje większego konkretu w każdym praktycznie calu - aromat, goryczka, treściwość. Jest potencjał, ale nieco niewykorzystany.

50cl bottle at PiwPaw, pours a muddy brown with some creamy, beige head. Nose is cool, very grainy, toasty, mild chocolate, mild coffee, rye bread. Flavor is chewy with grain, some black tea, dark bread crust, some mild cocoa powder. Finishes dry. Well done.
