On tap at the source. Rich dark brown with a wispy creamy off white head that settles quickly. Aromas of caramel, earth, and a hint of chocolate. The flavor follows the aroma nicely. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Nice brown ale, I had two.

On tap at the source. Rich dark brown/black color with a frothy creamy off white head that persists forever. Aromas of roast, vanilla, earth, hint of chocolate. The flavor follows the aroma with just a hint of metallic in the background. Creamy smooth mouthfeel, medium body. Nice dry-ish stout, I quite enjoyed it with my drunken pot roast.

On tap at the source. Comes to the table a fairly clear amber/copper color with a foamy off white head. Aromas of caramel and toffee with hints of earthy hops. The flavor is malty sweet with lots of sweet bread, toffee, and caramel, earthy hops barely balance the maltiness. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation. I enjoyed this beer it had enough to keep me interested.

On tap at the source. Comes to the table a solid dark brown/black color with a decent sized foamy tan head. Aromas of roasted coffee and earthy hops with just a touch of chocolate and caramel. The flavor is lightly bitter with roasted grains and countered with a bit of earthy hop and just enough caramel and chocolate to keep it interesting. Medium to light body with a moderate level of carbonation, and a creamy mouthfeel. Pretty good sessionable stout.

On cask at the source. Comes to the table a slightly hazy light golden color with a minimal white head. Aromas of earthy hops and bready caramel malt with a touch of fruit and English yeasty esters. The flavor is lightly bitter with earthy hop and just enough bready caramel to back it up. Light mineral and yeasty flavors with a touch of fruit. Light body with a light level of carbonation. Not a bad cask English bitter.
