Clear dark brown colour with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, chocolate, licorice, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121216]

21/04/2013 La Tana (tap). Ambrata scarica, lievemente torbida, bel cappello di schiuma bianca, molto abbondante e persistente. Al naso aroma esplosivo di luppolo, frutta esotica e agrumato, pungente, con note erbacee. In bocca è amara lunga e persistente, con un finale leggermente astringente, di radice. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione corretta. Well done Mirko!

22/03/2013 La Tana (tap). Bionda, lievemente torbida, schiuma bianca fine e abbondante, molto persistente. Al naso classici sentori da blond belga, malto, lieviti, luppolatura leggera. E’ di facile beva, ben fatta, semplice, una classica blond da combattimento per il futuro Buskers Pub. Corpo leggero, carbonazione leggera. Non male! ps. disponibile solo alla spina.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity hoppy grapefruit aroma with peachy hints. Fruity malty hoppy grapefruit flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy peachy grapefruit finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks idonis. Hazy golden. Fruity alcoholic and yeasty aroma with a bit of hops hints. Sweetish malty flavor with honey, fruits and a drier alcoholic finish. Medium-bodied.
